What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are experienced people and know well how to deal with difficult situations. They train you and prepare you for challenges that you may have to face and you will know effectively how to proceed further. They always want the team to succeed and their leadership is quite effective.
They lead without bossing you around. I joined the team a few months back and I was terrified to start. But the way the senior management guided me, and helped me understand the tasks speaks volume of their expertise. They are very supportive people and genuinely want their teams to learn and excel.
