Mr. Pear has been Senior Vice President of Operations at Del Taco LLC, the General Partner of Del Taco Restaurant Properties I, Del Taco Restaurant Properties II, Del Taco Restaurant Properties III and Del Taco Income Properties IV since January 2013. From 1985 to 2009, he served in a wide variety of operation positions with increasing level of responsibility for Domino's Pizza, Inc. From January 2009 to January of 2012, he served as a Director of DMA Operations for Taco Bell (Yum Brands). Mr. Pear earned a bachelor of business administration degree from eastern michigan university.
