Mr. Steven L. Brake, also known as Steve, serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of F&C Restaurant Holding Co. Mr. Brake serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Del Taco Holdings, Inc. and has been Del Taco Restaurants, Inc. since April 2010 and July 2012 respectively. He has been the Chief Financial Officer of Del Taco LLC, general partner of Del Taco Restaurant Properties since April 8, 2010 and serves as its Executive Vice President. He served as Controller of Del Taco LLC, the General Partner of Del Taco Restaurant Properties from September 2003 to March 2006 and served as its Treasurer from March 2006 to April 2010 and also served as its Vice President. He served as Vice President of Del Taco LLC since July 2008. He served as Senior Vice President of Del Taco Llc. Mr. Brake served as Treasurer of Del Taco LLC (alternatively Del Taco Inc.), the General Partner of Del Taco Income Properties IV and Del Taco Restaurant Properties III from March 2006 to April 2010 and also served as its Controller from September 2003 to March 2006. He served as Vice President of Del Taco at Del Taco Restaurant Properties I. He served as Corporate Controller of Del Taco LLC from September 2003 to March of 2007. From December 1995 to September 2003, he worked for Arthur Andersen and one year with KPMG LLP in their respective audit departments. Mr. Brake is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine and an MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine.
