I make a fair wage and our PTO policy is extremely flexible. It makes life much easier to work for a company that supports your personal life as well as your professional life.

The ability to have access to PTO time from day one. Although I don't usually have to use it, being a mother it is nice to have the option there just in case one of my children get sick and I would have to stay home.
