What do you like best about the leadership team?
There are very strategic with their plans of execution
The company culture at Delivery Dudes is so unique. Jayson has done an amazing job putting together a team of wonderful people who truly care for each other and for Delivery Dudes. Being the best, most true version of yourself is encouraged and employee happiness is consistently taken into account

What are some of the best things about your team?
Cooperation collaboration and teamwork and time management
Everyone on my team is amazing. I can't say enough good things about the people that I am fortunate enough to be surrounded by on a day to day basis. Everyone works together to get everything done but is also very competent independently. The environment is one of constant growth and improvement.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As long as you get what you need to get done there is a lot of freedom. We are encouraged to take vacations and to establish a healthy work life balance. Everyone is friendly and supportive. It is a good mix of relaxed and serious. Our headquarters office is also just very ideal.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love the balance between freedom and responsibility. I also love that it's such a healthy atmosphere where individuality is encouraged. It is also wonderful how much I learn every single day.
