All health benefits except medical/rx fully paid by the company. Cost share for medical/rx is way lower than sny other company ive worked for. (Some employees who have been here a long time don't realize just how good they have it.)

There is no shaming or blaming. We all accept responsibility for our own actions and when it actions are positive supporting and uplifting there is only good
Everyone is welcoming, everyone is treated with respect, most have great work ethic
I work from home so I love it! Not all positions are work from home. Delta is an extremely diverse culture.

Have executive staff that care about the employees and not the almighty dollar. Stop pretending that the new system is great and is getting better. Performance is a huge issue.
