What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are there to help u succeed they will give extra trainings, take the time to work with or schedule someone to work with you so u understand what your doing. They are so big on the customer side of service they truly want you to be successful
They openly communicate and share ideas and future plans. Transparency.
Them being willing to work with the Teamsters to make a stronger company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits. They pay my medical 100 %
All health benefits except medical/rx fully paid by the company. Cost share for medical/rx is way lower than sny other company ive worked for. (Some employees who have been here a long time don't realize just how good they have it.)
Compensation package is very generous
Bonuses are greatly appreciated and put together
Company has paid 100% of the benefits since I started. We are moving away from that now due to increasing healthcare costs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of new work and less compensation as per prevailing market.

I should have negotiated more on my salary when I got the offer and I wish we had more PTO

Always there to help each other out and lift one another up

Collaboration between team members is tremendous.

Better hiring and better talent needed

They should hire more qualified people.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no shaming or blaming. We all accept responsibility for our own actions and when it actions are positive supporting and uplifting there is only good
Everyone is welcoming, everyone is treated with respect, most have great work ethic
I work from home so I love it! Not all positions are work from home. Delta is an extremely diverse culture.
A feeling of family and closeness
The work is very rewarding and challinging.

Actually listent to your employees and the market
More diversity in the leadership team
Have executive staff that care about the employees and not the almighty dollar. Stop pretending that the new system is great and is getting better. Performance is a huge issue.

It was basic and they just want to get to know you

I'm not micro managed. I'm given trust that I know my job. I mean your job is not what makes u happy, it helps. But your daily choice to choose happiness is up to you.
