- What does the leadership team need to get better at?they need to listen more, to be more proactive and to show more support to the ground team.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel undervalued because the managers try to diminish the employees most of the time. They don't care if they embarrass the employee who is following a company policy, when they override and abuse their authority. I would like to be treated more fairly and be compensated based on performance.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?They need to get better at customer service. Be more personable, and need more training to be able to meet the customer's needs
