amount of vacation hours recieved

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

since they don't provide legally required business expense reimbursements, that comes out of our pockets (salary), which of course i did not factor in when i accepted the job and salary since i assumed they would follow the basic laws of our state (which they are based in for 100+ yrs)

Equal opportunity in the work place as other facilities and promotions based on merit. Transparency in the work place instead of obvious lies and misleadings.

Work as an independent contractor, so better communication would be great
