Base pay and benefits are outstanding, but we need LTI.

Doing the work of 5 people for below average compensation.

Work hard, play hard attitude, and super scrappy.
Everyone is helpful and respectful

Some nice people but with poor skills.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HR team and many of the leaders will "get it done."

More skilled people. New management.

Conversational and many folks were transparent...the good, bad, and the ugly.

Honesty. Replace HR. Let managers direct recruiting and hiring decisions.

The mission of serving patients and fighting cancer.

Single product. Poor sales. No leadership. No excuse. Foreign ownership. No stock benefits.
