Freedom, they don't micro manage
They like to have meetings always from work

Leadership at this company will tell you one thing and do another. But will always hold the worker accountable for the slightest thing even if the supervisor helped cause the problem.
Not stealing commission dollars from hard working employees

Fair compensation package is awesome.
Excellent Benefit Package, very reasonable rates.

Long hours , low pay

Friendly coworkers make work fun
Communications and trust of fellow employees
Spend enough time and they become family
They are diverse and different personalities
