The bonus structure and fair market pay rate
It keeps me feeling secure
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not had a raise since 2018 when i started, no health benefits and 401k contributions are minimal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the team has a great personality. And want to work as a team to make it better for the patients.
Everyone helps eachother except the manager.
We all work together as a team
Everyone believes in and trusts everyone
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team work, communication, training better
Communication, understanding, how to speak to the other employees in a professional manner.
Less bullying, more mutual respect
Stop the personal drama and focus on patient care.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working with the doctor and some coworkers
There's a few gems of individuals that are mutually supportive.
Everyboby brings something different to the table

Better day to day management

The person who conducted the interview was positive so of course has since left DCA.
It was long ago and before dca acquired
The manager was easy to talk to
speaking with different employees across the organization
It wasn't stressful or nerve racking.

Helping pts seeing them happy
Interacting with the other employees.
Being able to go in and enjoy something I love to do
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bullying dentist that everyone is accomodating
Patient claims are not filed properly and patients are overcharged and not refunded their money instead they have hundreds of dollars sitting on their accounts unknowingly
