It's a growing company and with that there are growing pains and successes. I like the direction the company is going, however, I would recommed being a bit more transparent with the existing transition.
Provide better customer service everyday
Getting paid similar to what they pay the temp employees that come help at our office.
The past is the past but now I enjoy everything about being an employee there! I love to go to work and interact with my friends and patients!
