What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about their employees and are open to feedback
The leadership team listens to your ideas and actually implements them, too. The leaders define integrity and positive attitude...really just a great group of people and wonderful to work along side.

Very competitive salary and benefit structure.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Work life balance. Can't have a day off, evenings, weekends or Holiday's without the Regional mgr in MI harrassing and bulling staff, and managers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all share the work load and no one ever says "That's not my job"...it is one team with one goal!

Every member of the team greets each other every morning and takes time to get to know one another
The company is very inclusive and innovative. We don't just sit around do the status quo.
