They always listen they always listen all of the people and try to find a good solution for everyone

Understanding the company and the people serving it
Setting their goals and achieving them thru the employees. Happy Employees = productive work.
Helping instead of instructing would be nice
Actually believing in doing the right thing and understanding that they are in a regulated industry, not just making widgets.

Dentist compensation which i wish to keep every year

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base pay is low for a rep that has been loyal and successful.
Being paid for the the job with experience
Management will keep dangling the carrot but you never see pay increases.
raises would help me and my family. Take care of the workers before you help others in other countries
Only work here if you want to be underpaid and underappreciated
What are some of the best things about your team?
there are people on the team that should've been written up and let go years ago but they are still employeed
We are all big family
Everyone gets along and tries to make the best out of a bad situation
Regular team meetings and 1:1 meetings
No egos, supportive, genuinely good kind people
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
better system better communications. Current system is haphazard and not effective

They are redundant and micro management!
Attitude and team work be a little more productive
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The manager is a chauvinistic pig... bc he has a manager title he thinks he is above us. and will not promote anyone to lead bc he doesn't have Head manager over customer care.
That is multicultuur and we can learn from each other
Fun place, and for the most part, a lot of good people

That is stressless , because of atmosphere there
I appreciated the honest and open conversations with my future manager, I could ask anything and was given the answer.
