What are some of the best things about your team?
How they are real and not two faced. I have known many more than 15 years. The top two positions have changed out many times and you have to wait and learn how they work and what they want.
We gel together well and get along easily.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That the Gov employees work well with the Operating Contractor employees. The leadership teams do not get along because the top two are not good at being the top two.
