What do you like best about the leadership team?
Mostly a results orientated group of execs.
High and full of fun energy
Best company for working and always care about us as employees and about the patients and the surgeons.
Open door policy and quick solutions
Great coaching and training in a comfortable environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Invite change. At least make an effort to mirror the customers they serve
Communication and treating employees respectfully. My manger told me my college wqualifications does not count as its not relevant work experience in company for a long time does not count either .Basically was ignorant and very uneducated .I can see why people are leaving his department
Seems a bit disorganized at the top.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I found them mostly very cooperative and willing to pitch in to solve problems and move forward to achieve company goals.
They are intelligent, compassionate, capable and patient centered.
Friendly helpful dedicated like to get job done
We all take our job seriously, yet know how to have a good time and work well together in and out of the work place.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say the very positive atmosphere to develop products and therapies to improve our customer's quality of life - It's a driving force that is infused into our company culture.
Enjoy the relationships with suregons/clients.
The culture is good and people adhere to Credo

The process is relatively straight forward
Standardized questions that are accessible.
The process was quick and accomplished in less than a week
It was always in person and laid back
It was full of new things for me and for my work experience

More transparency better interviewers feedback

The inter departmental cooperation and interpersonal relationships both serve to move the ball forward

We are required to keep doing more work and not being compensated.
