What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership group is engaged, supportive, and value staff's goals and desires. Though it is a large architectural firm, it feels like a tight family with a great culture.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonuses are twice a year plus we get a special holiday bonus as a separate perk

What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team! There is no political maneuvering here. The diverse culture and respect for others is real.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We like each other. Lots of activities outside of the office.
They support me and care about me as witnessed during Covid19 when the owners were making sure I had what I needed. It was fantastic - I felt they really cared about ME.

Getting to know about the work and the culture
People Operations team were great to work with. Interviews were with a wide variety of staff levels which I found really helpful

The culture is great and inclusive
I get to work with people who are as passionate about design and construction as I am. We have a lot of fun together.
