Executive Bio

Tony is responsible for driving both strategic planning and execution in operations at Des-Case Corporation with the support of talented teams in Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Logistics. Working closely with the Company’s leadership team since 2010, he has been involved in a range of human resources activities focused on recruitment, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. He also leads Des-Case IT activities in the organization.

Prior to joining Des-Case in 2010, Tony served as the corporate Director of Human Resources with J. Alexander’s Corporation. His collective management experience exceeds 20 years, and it has included a broad range of leadership activities focused on HR, customer service, training, and leadership development.

He holds a Master of Science in Management from Trevecca Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
