What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is great at inspiring and empowering individuals, they're creative in their thinking and strategy, and all of these qualities coupled with their constant follow through is sure to put Descartes at the forefront of the technology industry.
Very transparent; keeps the company informed of what is going on.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flex paid time off, robust health benefits package, and our amazing in-house chef (best restaurant in Santa Fe is in our office!)

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The enthusiasm for collaboration and productivity, and the promotion of company-wide off-site activities.
Very fun and enjoyable. Good mix of business, hard work and enjoying what we are doing.

The office dogs, our location in picturesque Santa Fe, and my team.
Knowing that I am involved in exciting and cutting-edge technology; and also participating in a different community (Santa Fe).
