Mr. Reinhard Clemens serves as the Chief Executive Officer at T-Systems Enterprise Services GmbH and T-Systems Schweiz AG. Mr. Clemens served as the Chief Executive Officer and Member of Management Board of T-Systems International GmbH. He serves as Chairman of Board of Management at Satellic Traffic Management GmbH. Mr. Clemens subsequently moved to the Gesellschaft f??r Industrieautomation mhH in Herzogenrath and served as its Technical Director. Later he served as spokesman for the management of Herzogenrath. He was responsible for the customer service, sales and marketing strategy divisions. Mr. Clemens served as a Managing Director of Metroplan Informatik GmbH, Hamburg and was responsible for wide-ranging measures to reorganise and strategically orientate Metroplan Informatik. Before he changed over to Systematics, he spent six years at IBM Global Services and served as its Vice-President strategic outsourcing Europe/Middle East/Africa, responsible for all IBM outsourcing business in the Central Region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Eastern Europe). In 1994, Mr. Clemens started his career at IBM and held positions in sales, service and outsourcing until 2001. He began his career as General Manager of the Association for Industry Automation in 1990. He served as a Board Member of Systematics AG, where he was responsible for sales and marketing since April 2000. He worked as a Research Assistant for the machine tool engineering chair RWTH Aachen University. Mr. Clemens graduated with a Degree in Electrical Engineering from the RWTH Aachen University in Aachen, Germany.
