Thomas Dannenfeldt — Chief Financial Officer and Member of Management Board at Deutsche Telekom AG

Mr. Thomas Dannenfeldt has been the Chief Financial Officer and Member of Management Board at Deutsche Telekom AG since January 1, 2014. Mr. Dannenfeldt served as the Finance Director of Telekom Deutschland from April 2010 to December 2013. From July 2009 to April 2010, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of T-Mobile Deutschland. From January 2010 to April 2010, he was also responsible for the fixed line part of Deutsche Telekom as a Member of the T-Home Board of Management. Prior to that, he was on the T-Home Board of Management responsible for the Market and Quality Management since January 2007. He started his career at Deutsche Telekom in 1992 and has gained more than 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in sales, marketing and finance in national and international mobile and fixed line telecommunications business. He served as the Managing Director of Finance and Controlling at Deutsche Telekom AG. He serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of T-Systems International GmbH (formerly T-Systems Enterprise Services GmbH). Mr. Dannenfeldt has been a Director at T-Mobile US, Inc. since November 15, 2013. He served as a Non-Executive Director of EE Finance Plc since February 01, 2014. He served as Non Executive Director of EE Limited from February 1, 2014 to January 29, 2016. He served as a Director of Virgin Mobile Holdings (UK) Limited from 2003 to 2004.
