We are encouraged to focus on quality, and to invest time into thinking things over.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
AFAIK I don't have a compensation package when working as external contractor. I get my hourly wage and that's it.

The hierarchy is very flat and based on merit. Everyone has a chance to give their best and thrive

It is driven by facts, as opposed to other companies where only the boss is right, and the others don't count.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's great to work with like-minded highly qualified people. It's very hands-off, which perfectly fits me being almost allergic to micro-management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that I can provide deep technical insights, and I have experience in pre-sales and customer support which combined are worth more than the technical position I was initially hired for.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are competent. Context: I've previously worked for family owned business, where you easily can find the son or daughter of the owner as your manager. Since they are family, your opinion (or even the facts) will count less, which is really frustrating.
