DevFactory Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The comp is simple: you get paid when you work, not when you don't. And you're never expected to work more than 40 hrs/wk.

Review from Engineering Dept

Equal pay for equal work irrespective of the location.

Review from Engineering Dept

I am grateful that it is always on time

Review from Product Dept

The hourly rate is above average

Review from Product Dept

There is only salary, but that is good

Review from IT Dept

It is a good rate as a start. I could make double if I could do a bit more programming but it's okay.

Review from Product Dept

High hourly $ rate and regular fully automated payments.

Review from IT Dept

Very high compensation compared to local jobs.

Review from Engineering Dept

USD based salary means it is hedged in my local currency.

Review from Product Dept

The pay is good and the time is flexible.

Review from Product Dept

The compensation package is clearly defined

Review from Product Dept

Paid weekly and Salary range.

Review from Engineering Dept

It's solid. Reliable as well.

Review from Product Dept

It is fair -- I earn proportionally to what I deliver.

Review from IT Dept

No complex benefits, simple and excellent pay structure.

Review from IT Dept

AFAIK I don't have a compensation package when working as external contractor. I get my hourly wage and that's it.

Review from Product Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is really no incentive to perform more or do more work. And there is also no career ladder and promotions. Under these conditions, it is in one's best interest to do just average.

Review from Product Dept

I think that I can provide deep technical insights, and I have experience in pre-sales and customer support which combined are worth more than the technical position I was initially hired for.

Review from Product Dept

I wish there was a clear career path and I wish I could work on to get promoted.
