What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commission and insurance medical card
I an not currently well versed with it since I have not yet experienced one
Medical benefits as allowed in employment income
Value Compensation plan, bonus, salary increment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
for those who have worked for more than 10 years, need to be appreciated for example, their leave days could be increased from 22 days to like 30 workings in a year to make a difference and motivate people to be more loyal to the company and evening bounse they need to consider years of services
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are creative , hardworking and we work and play together
They have good working relationship
Team work, efficient workmates, innovative solutions by getting one of us to monitor the banking hall and educate customer

Dfcu in particular my branch has a good environment for growth of career and development

Branch managers need to instill a sense of ownership to their staff,
