What did you like most about the interview process?I felt like they wanted to know me as a person - not just what I can do in my position.
What are some of the best things about your team? Some of them are genuinely very kind and caring people. I feel seen as a person.
What do you like best about the leadership team? Some POC/gender diversity. At least one is nice and open to direct communication.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?DHR has been told for years they underpay their research and support staff. Nothing has ever been done about it. It's very much a burn and churn atmosphere. Making any effort to listen and rectify this with bringing employees up to market value would help, but I don't see it happening.
