What did you like most about the interview process?I liked when I asked my manager during my interview that he was able to be honest to me as to why he worked for Diamonds Direct at the time and that was enough to make me want to go far in the company.
What makes you most happy at work?Working and socializing with my coworkers. I also enjoy the aspect of quality inspecting jewelry as my job.
What are some of the best things about your team?We are all relatable during this struggle of what the old Diamonds Direct employees are used to versus what they are doping to us now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?When we started working at Diamonds Direct our benefits were 100% paid for. We had more bonuses and the money went back to the employees not AI or "New" Technology to make our lives better.
