He held various executive level business development, finance and operations positions at Somera, Inc. Mr. Molchan served as Chief Financial Officer at Asurent Technologies, Inc. of Digital Transmission Systems. He joined Digital Transmission Systems in October 2000 and served as Executive Director of New Business Analysis at Scientific Atlanta. He served as an Assistant Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Equifax Telecommunications and Utilities for over five years. As US Air Force Captain, he served as Chief of Staff - Financial Management Directorate. He has been a Director of Digirad Corporation., since July 01, 2013. He has been Member of Supervisory Board at Perma Fix Medical SA since July 2015.
