The hardest question for me in any interview is what skill sets do you bring to DGS. As I had not met any of the staff when this question was asked. It’s very difficult to answer as you may be duplicating a skills set they already have over subscribed with current employees

It was semi formal. Just a tie and no jacket required

It was different. They were more interested in your critical thinking and social skills than last work history. Less formal. They clearly understand that interviews are bidirectional.
