They're personable people and easy to like
Training and educating team members
While the leadership team is young, every leader has heart and cares deeply about the people working here.
The CEO is awesome but some of the executive team really needs to work on how they speak to their employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They pay what they feel you deserve and then some. I have been more than happy with my pay since day 1.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We interact well. Hiring managers have done a great job of adding to the overall culture with each new hire. Everyone brings something different to the company - wit, quirkiness, sass, etc. It's never a dull day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's supportive. We give one another the benefit of the doubt in all things. If there's an issue, it's addressed immediately and individuals are given the opportunity to provide their side of things. It allows people to feel heard.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewer was such nice guy he has softskills
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the opportunity and autonomy to try new things. Trying new things comes with failure. A lot of companies talk about being comfortable with failure, but don't provide a supportive environment. The executive team here does. We call it Making Decisions & Owning the Results and Knowing the Why.
