Do you have team outings? are they fun?

I think this is something that DigitalMarketer is working on.
Oh yeah! One of our core values is to celebrate the wins and we truly embody that one. Hard work deserves a reward. Many of the departments do their own outings but as a company, we most recently spent the day at Top Golf and at the Domain. It was great.
What do you like best about the leadership team at Digital Marketer?

Leadership is always trying to advance employees and the company. They genuinely care about everyone and do amazing things for us.
The CEO is awesome but some of the executive team really needs to work on how they speak to their employees.
How's the vacation policy at Digital Marketer?
As a full-time employee you're given 120 hours PTO for the year. If at the end of the year you have any left over, up to 40 hours roll over. For example; I have 63 hours left, if I don't use them I will then have 160 hours to use starting January 1st.
What's the company culture like at Digital Marketer?
Laid back but serious when needed. We are a group of big kids who like to play but know how to get work done.
What benefits does Digital Marketer provide?
401K, Health, Dental, Vision, Life insurances. Paid Time Off, medical leave, all of that stuff. The benefits are great too, they include a lot of perks you wouldn't expect like Freshbenies, legal or financial consults. All free.
