My experience at Digital Pharmacist has been exciting, challenging, but most of all, rewarding. I have always felt that I am able to get support when I need it. My role requires one to perform autonomously and learn what questions to ask to be successful. I really enjoy the challenge.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was straight to the point and specific to me. Leadership moved quickly.
What makes you most happy at work?
Accomplishing my goals personally, as well as helping the team to reach specific benchmarks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are recognized for our accomplishments and are encouraged to give positive shout outs to our teammates.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commissions and bonuses. I think we are paid fairly. However, inflation is rising quickly, and I would like to see the structure adjust accordingly in the near future.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like the positivity and daily encouragement. I would like to see some more continued education as there is a lot to learn. Meetings would be a great time for more CE. We do some but we could do more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I felt like my input has mattered since day one. Same for all the new members of our team that have joined after me. Leadership does a great job of listening and being accommodative to our needs. Dont know if I could ask for more personally. Maybe some more holidays haha
