They need to provide adequare training and not overload new employees just because they are capable or remotely competent.

more of it and a sense of what is tied to growth.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they are all mostly disillusioned and looking for other jobs. Morale is the issue
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
we talk about our great culture. Great cultures are real when you don't have to talk about them. There is the perception, give aways, and tagline that denote a great culture but they are all a facade that every laughs at behind 'leadership's backs.'

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have faith in my abilities and my morals and values and those of many of my coworkers, but not in the leadership. It needs a deep cleansing.
