What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't like anything about the leadership team here. It's a boy's club that gets treated to lunch weekly -men only. Awful for women.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That it gets paid to me on time. Also the yearly bonus is nice.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This team would fall apart without the copywriter.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Awful, male dominated, not encouraging of new ideas or processes (even if they might improve ROI)
