Lance D. Neill — Senior Vice President of Corporate Services at Diplomat Pharmacy

Mr. Lance D. Neill has been Senior Vice President of Corporate Services at Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc. since February 2016. Mr. Neill is responsible for the strategic approaches and administration of Diplomat's analytics, business intelligence and contract management areas, helping align the organization's business objectives with its long-term goals. Prior to joining Diplomat earlier this year, he served as director of commercial contracting and channel management at Wal-Mart Stores Inc., where he oversaw pharmacy contracting and network management for PBM's and large MCO's and was accountable for $13 billion in third-party prescription claim reimbursements. He also held other management roles while at Walmart, where he was responsible for pharmacy analytics, reporting, claims and audits. Prior to his work at Walmart, Mr. Neill held a number of senior financial management positions within the healthcare and manufacturing industries. He served as Vice President of Corporate Services at Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc. He also taught healthcare contracting as an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas School of Law. Mr. Neill holds a Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and is green belt certified in Lean Six Sigma.
