What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is friendly, approachable and helpful.
Providing transparency. Town Hall meetings.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything under the sun and moon
Leadership says it's all about patients but truthfully is all about sales and how much money can be made. The expect you to be able to do a lot and not be an expert at anything (used to be experts) now it doesn't matter how mistakes are made just get the RX out
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You are fully vested with 401k on the first day you are eligible.
just an average compensation package
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More than a nickel annual raise
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working, they care about the candidates. They take ownership of their work and have a sense of pride on completing it timely and accurately. Great team attitude.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Theyre conpletely hopeless and complacent
Too many people do bare minimum or just can't keep up to what is expected off them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Jeans every day. Lot's of wellness activities and events. On site fitness area with free Group Fitness classes.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Theres absolutely nothing thay can be done

It was very quick and efficient.

What makes you most happy at work?
The team I work with.
I love helping patients. Each day I go to work I am helping another patient to have another day with their family.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need to hire more people and not just keep someone , There are a lot of people that shouldn't not be there and fired t the are like or liked by management, kind of like high school
