Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very supportive. They are not above jumping in and helping with the work when it's needed. I feel like there's a clear direction for the agency and, although not every decision is perfect, we're headed in the right direction.
Approachable and make decisions quickly.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I never have to ask for a promotion or raise. I actually get recognized for the work I do. My manager is clear on the things that I need to be doing in order to keep growing. The pay is very competitive if you buy in and do good work.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is really supportive. People are passionate about the work so they actually know what they're doing. I can rely on everyone on the team to deliver on a project. We all chip in and help each other when workload shifts.
Super helpful when I have questions
Everyone is reliable and we hold ourselves accountable for tasks. Everyone is into the work they're doing so it's rare to get sub-par execution.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're always looking at the glass half full. Trying to find the opportunity in any situation. The office environment is also very lighthearted. The work has to get done, but you should have fun doing it.

The people are awesome. The environment is really collaborative and you get so much support.
It's a very fast paced environment, there's never a moment to be bored.

The people are great, the work is interesting, and the days never get dull. I'm constantly working on new challenges and my manager puts a lot of trust in me.
