Completing projects and seeing how it positively impacts our customers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Most of us work from home and the schedule is flexible as life/work balance goes.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The coding exercises were challenging but fair. They also spent time on situational/non-technical skills, so that we have a team that can work together well.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have a very collaborative team with expertise in various areas. We freely share knowledge to make the whole team stronger. Everyone is easy-going and is a pleasure to work with.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our leadership team is very focused on success. They are approachable with new ideas. I have confidence in the direction of the company and can clearly see how we are competing with other companies in our industry and innovating our processes and software.
