What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very focused on success. They are approachable with new ideas. I have confidence in the direction of the company and can clearly see how we are competing with other companies in our industry and innovating our processes and software.
The leadership team was hands on and provided direction for growth.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management, work ethic. Communication, pay.
There is probably one leader that this business has only because he is respectful of everyone and makes sure everyone is doing what they need to. The main boss doesnt caee about anyone except herself
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Discover Books offers very competitive pay and the opportunity to learn new technologies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Struggling to get my job done while I watch people play on their phones and at the end of the day barely having enough money to pay my bills and eat daily.
A better boss that takes thing serious
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a very collaborative team with expertise in various areas. We freely share knowledge to make the whole team stronger. Everyone is easy-going and is a pleasure to work with.
Strong skill sets with a desire to complete tasks on time
I love that everyone is nice to everyone and treats everyone like family
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Paying people enough to make people want to stay and actually enjoy their job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of us work from home and the schedule is flexible as life/work balance goes.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The coding exercises were challenging but fair. They also spent time on situational/non-technical skills, so that we have a team that can work together well.
The amount if time they invested in making sure I was a good fit
