Ms. Kathryn M. JohnBull has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at DLH Holdings Corp. since June 25, 2012 and July 2012 respectively. From January 2008 to June 2012, Ms. JohnBull served as a Senior Financial Executive of QinetiQ North America, a wholly-owned subsidiary of QinetiQ Group, PLC and also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of its Mission Solutions Group until February 2011 and subsequently as the Senior Vice President - Finance for QinetiQ North America's overall corporate operations. Prior to her tenure at QinetiQ, she served as the Operations Segment Chief Financial Officer of Maximus, Inc. from August 2002 to December 2007. Ms. JohnBull has nearly 30 years of experience in finance and has been involved specifically in the defense and government services industries since 1988 working for organizations such as United Defense, BDM International, Inc. Maximus, Inc. and QinetiQ North America. She has over 25 years of experience within the government services market, principally with publicly-traded companies which experienced substantial organic and acquisitive growth. She is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. JohnBull received a Bachelor of Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Tulsa.
