Overall, we're the best of the worst. We have the same issues as any other ground handling company, but manage a slight step above. Operations Management does not lend to team work and it is a struggle to work collaboratively, daily.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
My current direct leadership is supportive at least to some degree. Communication needs work but at least there is effort to do the right thing. Local Senior leadership is a ghost.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel undervalued as an employee, for the amount of work I take on and effort I put in. As for compensation, a bonus or incremental raises, additional training in my professional role, lower premiums for Healthcare or better 401k matching, and flight benefits would be fantastic...
