managers and supervisors are very mean and rude with only a very few exceptions. a raise, better equipment, better work environment, employee appreciation

I do feel undervalued as an employee, for the amount of work I take on and effort I put in. As for compensation, a bonus or incremental raises, additional training in my professional role, lower premiums for Healthcare or better 401k matching, and flight benefits would be fantastic...
Stop relying on me to do their job...

everything from the leadership, undertrained hires, bad and broken down equipment. Start from the ground up in terms off staff and get better equipment or better mechanics
