What do you like best about the leadership team?
Strong vision and fact based decision making, accompanied with bottom up approach for new initiatives. They are very empowering
Leadership is involved in the day to day work that we do and are easily accessible whenever needed.
No micro-management, I felt trusted and appreciated and I had the possibility to experiment and expand the scope of my work.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It pays better than regular canadian companies, with an option to determine better pay in the future with measurable hard work
Paid a liveable wage, and basic level benefits were covered by the company.
Paid time off and health insurance
RRSP matching and parental benefits. Vacation time, mental health days
Good salary for role and location, good UK centric benefits especially leave allowance

Collaboration and recognition of work at the grass root level
They come from varied backgrounds an experiences. Docebo is good at hiring outside of the box.
you're not micro managed - you can innovate a lot in your role, no matter what it is.
