Giving Promotions When due to employees who put forth the extra effort and discontinue to promote those who do not even do minimal work
Making sure their employees feel they are valued as part of the team i stead of just a warm body their to get work done
Not talkng about personal busmiess to other workers
Self-serving individuals who have no interest in long term good of the company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is knowing how to move forward and improve your past.
The insurance provides for my family and I.
Health care plan is great

It's temporary services that pay more

The diversity of thought and overall good people.

Making you feel that you belong at work and getting your mind distracted and focusing on whats in front of you.
