What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair and honest pay. Very good insurance at low cost (best I have ever had). Nice bonus structure. My only complaint is we don't get as much PTO/holidays as other companies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know the new hires are getting paid a Dollar more then I am and I haven
What are some of the best things about your team?
Always efficient. Not a lot of "meetings that could be emails".
