What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable, open to feedback, positive leadership
They are down to earth, and understand that life happens
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair and honest pay. Very good insurance at low cost (best I have ever had). Nice bonus structure. My only complaint is we don't get as much PTO/holidays as other companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Always efficient. Not a lot of "meetings that could be emails".
