This is an experienced, motivated and reasonable team with a blue chip background- Microsoft, Expedia, Goldman Sachs, Expedia. They’re not a group of people who got lucky once and now are C-level because of they were a one hit wonder.

The leadership team has very strong experience within and outside of our industry. They've all had solid stints at blue chip companies like Microsoft, Expedia, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, etc. They are clear about goals and fair about high expectations. They are real people and not jerks. I like that.

Competitive salary AND generous equity. You don’t have to take a massive salary cut like other early stage companies.

Compensation is definitely competitive. I was able to negotiate what I thought was fair and Donuts and I were able to agree. Equity is generous and benefits are really strong across medical, dental/ortho/vision, four weeks vacation for every employee regardless of tenure.

In order for us to be successful we have to work seamlessly across functions. So far almost everyone has that mindset and we've grown the business that way more than we had expected this year. Our team works hard, is productive, and really enjoys working together. My team is really strong.

Relative the same routine on a daily basis

The environment is really good. People work in the office and from home in a responsible way. People are definitely collaborative, respectful and friendly. People eat lunch together, exercise together and generally like being together. The office space has been improved drastically which was needed.

We’ve recently acquired two companies. It’s a great thing, but we need to effectively integrate the teams, and so far we’re doing a nice job of that.
