Some of the best things about my team is that they are able to even work through difficult situations.

Everyone uses words of affirmation with one another and that is helpful. Everyone tries to check on one anothers well being.

My customers make me the happiest about going to work. They make it seem as though it is not a job.

This is a team that knows exactly how to work toghether. Everyone on this team brings uniquness to the team and helps this company strive to be it's best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As with most anyone I put in a lot of time and strive to do my absolute best and the more I do the more that is asked of me. My paycheck does not reflect that.
