Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As with most anyone I put in a lot of time and strive to do my absolute best and the more I do the more that is asked of me. My paycheck does not reflect that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about my team is that they are able to even work through difficult situations.
Fun, social, and approachable like a family you don't want to leave.

Everyone uses words of affirmation with one another and that is helpful. Everyone tries to check on one anothers well being.
