What is the best part about your compensation package?
great it is great great
At or above market which is nice and the commuter benefit is amazing! Having a free metro card is very helpful.
It's fair and there are opportunities for advancement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm not being paid my worth
Merit raises that are more than inflation
