Mrs. Sarah C. Lauber has been the Chief Financial Officer of Douglas Dynamics, Inc. since August 28, 2017. Mrs. Lauber has more than 20 years of finance experience, an extensive background in financial planning, management and strategy and a deep knowledge of the manufacturing industry. She served as the Chief Financial Officer of Jason Incorporated since April 20, 2015 until September 12, 2017 and served as its Senior Vice President since January 2016. Mrs. Lauber served as Chief Financial Officer of Jason Industries, Inc. since April 20, 2015 until August 25, 2017 and also served as its Senior Vice President since January 2016 until August 25, 2017. Prior to joining Jason, she served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Regal-Beloit Corporation from 2011 to April 2015. She served as Chief Financial Officer of A.O. Smith Corporation's Electrical Products Company ( EPC), a manufacturer of electric motors for residential and commercial applications, from 2002 to 2011. She began her career as an Accountant at KPMG. Mrs. Lauber earned a Bachelor of Science in Administration, with an Accounting concentration, from California State University, San Bernardino and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
